Who is Dragomir
What it is and how to get it
Dragomir is a Distinguished agent model for the Terrorist side, part of the Sabre Footsoldier faction. It came out with Operation Broken Fang in December 2020, and since the operation has ended it no longer drops. The only way to get it now is to buy it from another player: agents are tradable like weapon skins. Once you own it, equip it in the T agent slot of your loadout and it replaces the default model every T round.
In-game story
Sabre has noticed that enemies seem to die quite frequently around Dragomir, even though they've never actually seen him shoot his gun. They're happy to keep him around... for now.
...I wait.
