This is a custom-designed balisong, commonly known as a butterfly knife. The defining characteristic of this weapon is the fan-like opening of a freely pivoting blade, allowing rapid deployment or concealment. As a result, butterfly knives are outlawed in many countries. It has been spray-painted using mesh fencing and cardboard cutouts as stencils.

Questions about Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh

How much does Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh cost?
Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh starts at about $438 and runs up to around $669 depending on wear. The cheapest wear is Well-Worn at $438, and Factory New is the most expensive at $669. Prices here are pulled from live market listings and refreshed daily, so treat them as a starting point rather than a fixed quote.
Which wear should you buy for Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh?
Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh exists between float 0.06 and 0.8, which is what decides the wear you can get. Here Factory New costs roughly 1.5x what Well-Worn does, so the question is whether the difference is visible from a first-person view. On darker and busier finishes it usually is not, and the cheaper wear does the same job in a loadout.
What case is Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh from?
Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh drops from Operation Breakout Weapon Case. Opening for a specific skin is a bad bet at almost any odds, so buying it outright on the market is nearly always the cheaper route.
Does Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh have a StatTrak version?
Yes. A StatTrak version of Butterfly Knife | Safari Mesh exists and counts your kills with the Butterfly Knife. StatTrak copies are a separate item on the market and normally trade above the plain version.
