The most notable feature of a gut knife is the gut hook on the spine of the blade. Originally popularized as an aid for field dressing game, the gut hook is also effective at cutting through fibrous materials like rope, webbing, or safety belts with ease. It has been painted using a forest camouflage hydrographic.

Questions about Gut Knife | Boreal Forest

How much does Gut Knife | Boreal Forest cost?
Gut Knife | Boreal Forest starts at about $47 and runs up to around $62 depending on wear. The cheapest wear is Field-Tested at $47, and Minimal Wear is the most expensive at $62. Prices here are pulled from live market listings and refreshed daily, so treat them as a starting point rather than a fixed quote.
Which wear should you buy for Gut Knife | Boreal Forest?
Gut Knife | Boreal Forest exists between float 0.06 and 0.8, which is what decides the wear you can get. Here Minimal Wear costs roughly 1.3x what Field-Tested does, so the question is whether the difference is visible from a first-person view. On darker and busier finishes it usually is not, and the cheaper wear does the same job in a loadout.
What case is Gut Knife | Boreal Forest from?
Gut Knife | Boreal Forest drops from CS:GO Weapon Case, eSports 2013 Case and Operation Bravo Case, along with a few other sources. Opening for a specific skin is a bad bet at almost any odds, so buying it outright on the market is nearly always the cheaper route.
Does Gut Knife | Boreal Forest have a StatTrak version?
Yes. A StatTrak version of Gut Knife | Boreal Forest exists and counts your kills with the Gut Knife. StatTrak copies are a separate item on the market and normally trade above the plain version.
